April Office Hours with MPAC

Our monthly Office Hours are casual, drop-in events that are meant to create connections between people inside and outside government. Each Office Hours shines a spotlight on a different organization, government team, or community project.
For this edition of Office Hours, staff from the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), will be sharing some of their new projects and goals – from data sharing with municipalities to a more innovative organizational culture.
MPAC provides assessments for over 5 million properties in Ontario. Based on the Rapid Results concept, they’ve been launching and executing 25-45 projects every 100 days. Join us to learn about how they’ve put this framework into place and some of the lessons learned.
There will be a Q&A/discussion period after the presentation, so please come with your questions!
