Workshop: Agile for Civic Tech
Agile for Civic Tech is a hands-on workshop covering agile basics that work in the real world for busy humans from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. In this 3-hour workshop led by agile trainer and facilitator, Matt Thompson, you’ll learn by doing, practising the specific lightweight techniques that work best for the team, and practical ways to get things done in fast-moving, complex environments.
