Training: Resident Engagement Meets Human-Centered Design

The mindset and framework of human-centered design or design thinking offer tools to shift from resident consultation to co-design. Led by resident engagement expert Lisa Hoffman, this brand-new workshop will introduce members to a framework for resident engagement as an iterative process, as well as the challenges and opportunities involved in its application within public good contexts.
