UX Research I -Applications for Gov Decision-Making
This workshop will take an applied case study-based approach to unpack principles of UX Research. Led by Alya Naumova, this is the first of two training workshops on how to apply the fundamentals of UX research, and will specifically focus on how a UX Research approach could be used to explore the problem space, articulate the problem, and to scope the solution.
